Our Beginnings
WoodFire Brands knows a thing or two about making the perfect pita. We are a fourth generation family business with roots in our home country of Lebanon.
In the 1920's our great-grandmother started wood fire baking thin pita in her house for the village. She became the go-to spot for the village for pita bread.
Our Journey To USA
Our father continued the tradition, and opened a bakery, Byblos, that operated in Lebanon for 20+ years before the family moved to the USA. The pita bread making did not stop! the family continued baking and perfecting the thin pita bread in the Washington DC area since 2008.
Woodfire Pita Chips was Born
In 2018 we started transforming our traditional thin Pita bread into our famous Woodfire crispy pita chips. The Pita Chips was an immediate success and many retailers started carrying it across the city. Today we continue to operate our production facility in Vienna VA, where you can stop by and pick up your fresh bread & pita chips in our outlet store or have it delivered to your house by ordering online.
